Payments can be made through pay pal once you start your order through email or through your shopping cart page. When you place an order through email or by phone, sometimes payments can be made after you approve of design proofs. Other times a down payment must be made first depending on the nature of the project needed. PayPal is always preferred, and you don't even need a paypal account. Checks and money orders are also accepted. Payment must clear before orders can be completed and shipped.

Most orders are sent through USPS by first-class or priority mail. You will be informed what shipping method is used when your order is shipped. Proof of shipment will be given to you. I am not responsible for lost or damaged shipping, unless something was done wrong on our part, which never happens. But, it's possible. Insurance is available in some case, please inquire with your order or before ordering if this is something you'd like to have. If you need items in a hurry please let me know. There will be fee for rushed orders, of course.

♥Proofs are provided with most orders unless otherwise noted. If not, we will gladly provide you with one, upon asking. Proofs will be e-mailed to you within 24-48 hours of the submission of your payment/information. In the event you do not see a proof in this time frame, please check your spam folder or send an e-mail to theprintduchess@gmail.com to check on the status of its whereabouts.

Allow at least 2 weeks for your order to arrive, even though it usually doesn't take that long. The proof process can take 24-48 hours. Shipping occurs 2-3 business days after you approve the final design.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Refunds & Exchanges ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Due to the nature of this business, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, once you approve your proof and an item goes to print, no further changes can be made to the design. It is very important to double check the spelling of names and locations prior to sending in your wording. Please also be sure to review your proof closely for any typos or if you want to make changes.

All other items must be in their original condition and unopened, in order for a return or exchange to be made. There is a 20% non refundable fee on the total price of your order. We do not pay for shipping on exchanges or returns.

♥Exceptions are made for any order that we are responsible for screwing up of course:-) But that shouldn't happen! We love our customers so in this case a 100% refund or a replaced order will be made.
